Festive Punch
Glass: Punch Bowl & Glasses
Ingredients: ½ bottle of Cranberry & Orange Cordial and 6 cups of water.
Method: Place in a saucepan and heat – do not boil. Serve hot with slices of orange and whole cranberries to garnish.



Elderflower Martini
Glass: Martini
Ingredients: 25ml vodka, 25ml dry vermouth, 25ml Elderflower Cordial.
Method: shake or stir with ice, then pour.



Cuban Special
Glass: Cocktail
Ingredients: 40ml of vodka, 20ml shot of pale rum, juice of ½ a lime, 40ml Lemongrass & Ginger Cordial.
Method: Pour ingredients over ice and stir,
garnish with a lime.



Midsummer Madness
Glass: Cocktail
Ingredients: A shot of vodka, half a lime – chopped, a teaspoon of sugar, ½ shot of Summer Fruits Cordial.
Method: Muddle ingredients together and fill with crushed ice.



Champagne Twinkle
Glass: Champagne Flute
Ingredients: 50ml vodka,
25ml Elderflower Cordial, champagne.
Method: Build ingredients in a flute, top with  champagne and garnish with seasonal fruit.
